COMMUNITY GARDEN Mission Statement

We grow growers in order to enhance access to healthy food for current and future generations.  We provide opportunities for training and collaboration with other gardeners and farmers and cultivate diverse learning while building social capital within our community of local food producers.

Our garden is an open and inclusive space for continuous learning and fresh food access. Through this work, we foster diversity, food equity, and build a sustainable community-based food system.

Accessible to All:  with an open doors policy, a sanctuary, a green oasis, a diamond in the midst of a community experiencing drastic changes that cultivates a sense of belonging and inclusivity.

• Continuous Education: food system education, gardening education, leadership & personal growth.
