Growth for the Community garden

Sprout’s community garden at the ReFresh Project has been our longest-standing program and a most beloved piece of our work. Our garden is about to GROW…. A LOT!

At Sprout’s Community Farm on the Lafitte Greenway, we will grow more than food—we’ll grow community. Your support will directly help neighbors access fresh produce, learn how to grow their own food, and connect in a safe, welcoming space. Together, we’re making New Orleans healthier, greener, and stronger, one garden bed at a time.

This farm is for our community to nurture for decades to come. As we lay the foundation, we call on you to give today in support of a shared space for local food

Community gardeners at the ReFresh Community Garden tend their bed. Three times weekly, the community is invited to work in and harvest from the garden at Volunteer for Veggies.
